摘  要：
[目的]采用HPLC-MS/MS建立检测65%甲基磺草酮·氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯·莠去津可湿性粉剂含量的方法.[方法]采用高效液相色谱-串联质谱法,以0.1%甲酸水溶液-乙腈为流动相梯度洗脱,使用以Eclipse Plus C18柱和MSD检测器,对试样中的甲基磺草酮、氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯和莠去津进行测定,外标法定量.[结果]该分析方法甲基磺草酮、氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯和莠去津线性相关系数分别为0.9998、0.9994和0.9998,变异系数分别为0.67%、2.01%和0.29%,平均回收率分别为103.52%、117.74%和115.75%.[结论]该方法的操作简单,精密度、准确度和灵敏度均满足要求,可用于65%甲基磺草酮·氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯·莠去津可湿性粉剂含量检测.

摘  要：
[Aims] The aims were to establish a HPLC-MS/MS method to detect the mesotrione·fluroxypyr-mepthyl·atrazine 65% WP. [Methods] The separation and quantitative analysis of mesotrione, fluroxypyr-mepthyl and atrazine in the samples were conducted by HPLC-MS/MS and MSD detector with the mixture of 0.1% formic acid aqueous solution and acetonitrile which is gradient elution, and with Eclipse Plus C_(18) column as fix phase. [Results] The linear correlation coefficients for mesotrione, fluroxypyr-mepthyl and atrazine were 0.9998, 0.9994 and 0.9998, the variation coefficients were 0.67, 2.01 and 0.29%, the average recovery rates were 103.52, 117.74 and 115.75%, respectively.[Conclusions] The method was simple, the precision, accuracy and sensitivity were all satisfy the standard, which was suitable for analysis of mesotrione·fluroxypyr-mepthyl·atrazine 65% WP.
