15%甲基磺草酮油悬剂的研制

摘  要:
为研制出各项性能指标合格的15%甲基磺草酮油悬剂,以制剂的热贮稳定性、乳化分散性及悬浮率为指标,对分散介质、乳化分散剂、增黏剂进行筛选。结果表明,15%甲基磺草酮油悬剂最佳配方为97%的甲基磺草酮15.5%、乳化分散剂GY-OD01 15%、增黏剂有机膨润土4%、脂肪酸甲酯补足100%。对该配方制剂的各项技术指标进行检测,结果表明该制剂乳化分散性好,物理化学稳定性合格,该配方是可用于产业化生产的合格配方。

摘  要:
In order to develop 15% mesotrione oil flowable concentrate with all qualified performance indexes, the dispersion medium, emulsion dispersant and tackifier were screened with the indexes of thermal stability, emulsified dispersion and suspension rate. The results showed that 97% mesotrione dry power accounting for 15.5%, 15% GY-OD01 as emulsion dispersant, 4% organobentonite as tackifier, fatty acid methyl ester else were formulated into an optimum formulation of 15%mesotrione oil flowable concentrate. All technical indexes of the formulation had been tested, showing that this product had excellent emulsified dispersion, qualified physical and chemical stabilities. Therefore, it is a qualified formulation suitable for industrialized production.
