摘  要：
以对黑龙江省粮食产业的系统调查研究为基础,综述和评析该省跃升为全国第1粮食大省的主要成因、重要标志和重大意义。阐述粮食大省应具备的基本标准,并探讨中国粮食大省"由大转强"的必要性和重要措施。在上述基础上,提出中国粮食大省"由大转强"的对策建议。

摘  要：
Based on systematic investigation of food industry in Heilongjiang province,this paper analyzed major causes,vital signs and significances of it becoming the biggest grain province.This paper elaborated the basic standards which grain province should have,and explored the necessity and important measures for China′s grain provinces by large to strong.Then countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to promote China′s grain provinces by large to strong.
