我国黄茶的地理标志与文化遗产研究

摘  要：
黄茶是六大基本茶类之一,为我国独有、较古老的茶类。本文介绍了我国黄茶的地理标志与文化遗产保护现状及存在的主要问题,提出完善地理标志知识产权保护系统、加强国家级与世界非物质文化遗产项目申报、加强物质文化遗产保护、保护品牌类文化遗产、申报中国与全球重要农业文化遗产等5点促进黄茶地理标志与文化遗产保护的对策。

摘  要：
As China's unique and more ancient tea,yellow tea is one of the six basic teas. This paper introduces the protection status of geographical indications and cultural heritage of yellow tea in China,points out the existent main problems,and presents the following countermeasures for promoting the protection of geographical indications and cultural heritage of yellow tea: improving the intellectual property protection system of geographical indications,strengthening the project application of national and world intangible cultural heritage,strengthening the protection of tangible cultural heritage,protecting brand-type cultural heritage,and declaring Chinese and global important agricultural cultural heritage.
