摘  要:
新型鸭肝炎病毒人工感染1周龄雏鸭,分别对感染后12 h、24 h、48 h、72 h、96 h、168 h、336 h的雏鸭血液、肝、脑组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性含量进行检测。结果表明,血清中SOD活性在24 h极显著高于对照组,96 h极显著低于对照组;肝组织SOD活性于感染后24 h显著低于对照组,48 h极显著低于对照组;脑组织中SOD活性无显著变化。肝组织中CAT活性48 h开始下降,96 h极显著低于对照组。试验结果说明自由基参与了雏鸭感染新型鸭肝炎病毒后疾病的发生、发展过程。

摘  要:
One-week-old young ducks were infected with new type duck hepatitis virus(DHV).Activities of superoxide dis-mutse(SOD) and catalase(CAT) from serum、liver and brain were detemined at 12 h、24 h、48 h、72 h、96 h、168 h、336 h respectively.The results indicated there was significant diffefence between practical group and control groups the serum SOD activity in ducks infected with new type DHV was apparent higher than that of control group at 24 h post-infection,and was apparent lower than that of control group at 96 h.The liver SOD activity of infected ducks obviously dropped at 24 h post-infection compared with control group,but there was no obvious changes of the brain SOD activity in the practical group.The liver CAT of practical group decreased evidently at 96 h post-infection.
