沙棘叶中科罗索酸浓缩工艺初探

摘  要:
通过对沙棘叶除杂和多种有机溶剂提取,对沙棘叶中科罗索酸进行了浓缩并通过高效液相色谱法测定其含量。结果表明,最佳浓缩方法是先将沙棘叶水提去除水溶性杂质,再用低醇去除醇溶性杂质,最后热乙醇提取,所得乙醇粗提物中科罗索酸含量为2.14%。该方法安全、简便,为从沙棘叶中获得高纯度的科罗索酸奠定了基础。

摘  要:
Through purifying sea buckthorn leaves and using various organic solvent extraction methods, corosolic acid is concentrated. The content of corosolic acid from crude extracts made by four kinds of different concentration method is determined by high performance liquid chromatography. The results indicate that the optimum concentration method is: first using water formulation to remove water soluble impurities in sea buckthorn leaves, and then using low alcohol to remove alcohol soluble impurities, finally using hot ethanol to extract. As a result, the corosolic acid content of ethanol crude extract is 2.14%. This method is safe and simple, and lays a foundation for further obtaining high purity corosolic acid from sea buckthorn leaves.
