萝卜苗中微量元素硒的生物转化能力研究

摘  要:
分别采用浓度为0、10、20、40、60、80和100μg·m L-1的亚硒酸钠溶液对萝卜籽浸泡处理8h,而后于25℃进行发芽培育,研究不同硒溶液浓度处理条件下,发芽萝卜苗中微量元素硒的生物转化能力.研究发现,经不同浓度的亚硒酸钠溶液处理后,萝卜苗中硒富集因子随硒溶液浓度增大而逐渐减小,但总硒和有机硒含量先极显著增加(P<0.01)而后再减少,当硒溶液浓度为80μg·mL-1时达最大值.硒的生物转化能力与有机硒、总硒的变化趋势相似,当硒溶液浓度为80μg·mL-1时,生物转化能力最高,达88.756%左右.可见萝卜苗在生长发育过程中对硒元素具有较强的生物转化能力.

摘  要:
In order to study the biological transformation ability of selenium in germinated radish, radish seeds were soaked in the Na2 SeO3 with the concentration of 0, 10, 20, 40, 60, 80 and 100 μg·mL~(-1) respectively,and then germinated for 8 h at 25℃. The results showed that after being soaked in different concentrations of Na2 SeO3 solution, selenium enrichment factor in the radish seeds decreased gradually with the increase of selenium solution concentration, but the total selenium content and organic selenium content significantly increased(P<0.01)firstly and then decreased; the selenium enrichment factor in the radish seeds reached the maximum when the concentration was of 80 μg·mL~(-1).The tendency of biological transformation ability of selenium was similiar to that in the organic selenium and total selenium. When the concentration of Na2 SeO3 solution was at 80μg·mL~(-1), the biological transformation ability reached the highest rate of 88.756%.Therefore, radish seeds have strong biological transformation ability during germination.
