红花悬浮与收集试验

摘  要:
红花是一种经济作物,具有很高的药用价值,其花丝质量轻,具有很好的悬浮特性.为此,利用悬浮试验机测定红花花丝的悬浮速度,确定了红花花丝悬浮速度为2~3.23m/s.依据红花花丝悬浮速度的特性,研制了一种红花花丝收集装置,并对其进行收集试验,结果表明:收净率为100%,为红花花丝的收集装置设计提供了参考.

摘  要:
Safflower is a cash crop with high medicinal value, its filament is light in weight and has good suspension characteristics. The suspension speed of safflower filament was measured by suspension tester. The experimental result showed that the safflower filament suspension speed was 2-3.23 m/s. According to the characteristics of safflower filament suspension speed, a safflower filament collecting device was developed and the collection test was carried out. The test result: the recovery rate was 100%, which provided a certain reference for the collection of safflower filaments.
