基于PLC的红花花丝采摘控制系统设计

摘  要:
针对目前红花花丝采摘难度大、作业效率低等问题,设计了一种基于PLC适用于大规模机械作业的红花花丝采摘控制系统。该系统使用HC-HR04超声波测距模块与Arduino构成的超声波测距仪检测红花采摘区域,使用E6B2-CWZ1X旋转式编码器测量采摘机构的行程,使用FX_(3U)三菱PLC通过步进电机驱动器控制3个步进电机协同工作,完成红花花丝的夹持、采摘、传送和收集。使用GX-Works2软件编写程序,并使用SolidWorks三维软件建立采摘机构模型。该系统初步实现了红花花丝采摘的自动化控制,促进了红花花丝采摘由人工采摘向机械采摘的转变,有利于红花产业的发展。

摘  要:
Owing to the difficulty in picking safflower filaments and the low efficiency of operation,a kind of safflower filaments picking control system based on PLC was designed for large-scale mechanical operation. In this system,the ultrasonic ranging module composed of HC-HR04 ultrasonic sensor and Arduino was used to detect the safflower filaments picking area. The E6 B2-CWZ1 X rotary encoder was used to measure the stroke of the picking mechanism. The FX_(3U) Mitsubishi PLC was used to control the three stepper motors working together through the stepper motor drive to complete the gripping,plucking,transmitting and collecting of the safflower filaments. GX-Works2 software was used to write programs,and Solid Works 3 D software was used to establish the picking mechanism model. The system was used to realize the automatic control of safflower filaments picking,promoting the transformation of the picking of safflower filaments from artificial picking to mechanical picking,which is beneficial for the development of safflower industry.
