糖基转移酶基因sm-Ngt1对水稻株高的影响

摘  要:
[目的]研究烟草中受甲基茉莉酸和水杨酸双重诱导的糖基转移酶基因sm-Ngt1过表达对水稻生长的影响。[方法]构建sm-Ngt1的植物表达载体,采用农杆菌浸染法转化籼稻粤泰B,对获得的阳性转基因植株进行高度检测。[结果]共获得117株阳性转sm-Ngt1植株。在成功转入sm-Ngt1基因后,水稻植株出现了不同程度的矮化,其中37%的转基因植株高度为(71.4±9.8)cm,27%的转基因植株高度为(65.1±4.6)cm,而未转基因的对照YTB平均高度为(130.0±4.3)cm。[结论]该研究为研究sm-Ngt1的功能奠定了基础。

摘  要:
[Objective] The aim was to study the effects of over-expressed sm-Ngt1,a glycosyltransferase gene induced by both methyl jasmonate and salicylic acid from tobacco,in rice on the plant height.[Method] The binary expression vector of the sm-Ngt1 gene was constructed and transferred to matured embryo of indica rice YTB with the method of Agrobacterium infection.The height of the positive transgenic plants was measured.[Result] 117 positive transgenic plants with sm-Ngt1 were obtained.The results showed that the rice plants dwarfed to different degrees after transferring the sm-Ngt1 gene,the height of 37% of transgenic plants was(71.4±9.8) cm,27% was(65.1±4.6) cm,and the average height of YTB(CK) was(130.0±4.3) cm.[Conclusion]These results were referential for studying the function of sm-Ngt1.
