摘  要:
The concept and applicational situation of bovine colostrums were reviewed,its nutritional functions,physiological functions and its health-care-function were elaborated,and finally relative problems of development,countermeasures and its development were prospected.Results showed that it was one kind of the potential functional food raw materials.
