摘  要：
以山楂属100个品种为试材,利用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳方法分析其过氧化物同工酶酶谱特征与分类上的关系.研究结果表明:山楂过氧化物同工酶酶谱特征与其自然分类有着密切的联系,可以作为山楂属植物分类的重要依据之一。

摘  要：
With the techniques of polycrylamide gel electrophoresis the POX isoenzgme of 100 varieties was detected and analysed.There is a close connection between the characteristies of the POX isoenzyme pedigree and the natural classification of the varieties of crataegus pinnatifida Bunge.The analysis of the POX isoenzyme is one of the important classifying indexes of the varietis of crtaegus pinnatifida Bunge.
