大食物观背景下湖北省发展功能稻产业的探讨

摘  要:
发展功能稻产业是提升居民健康水平和践行大食物观的必然要求.从功能稻的研究进展入手,分类梳理了国内外现有的功能稻研究成果.在阐述发展功能稻产业重大意义的基础上,剖析湖北省发展功能稻产业的优势与短板,提出加强政策扶持与保障、加快培育壮大消费市场、开展功能稻品种技术研发、推进功能稻生物活性成分研究、加速推动功能稻临床试验进程、做强做大功能稻精深加工、加大功能稻宣传推广力度的政策建议.

摘  要:
Developing functional rice industry is an inevitable requirement to improve people's health level and practice the concept of a comprehensive food supply or the Big Food Concept.Starting from the progress of functional rice research,this paper reviewed the existing functional rice research results at home and abroad.On the basis of explaining the significance of developing the functional rice industry,this paper analyzed the advantages and shortcomings of developing the functional rice industry in Hubei Province,and put forward policy recommendations such as strengthening policy support and guarantee,accelerating the cultivation and expansion of consumption markets,conducting research and development of functional rice varieties and technologies,promoting the research on bioactive substances of functional rice,accelerating the progress of clinical trials of functional rice,strengthening the processing of functional rice products,and enhancing the promotion and publicity of functional rice.
