川楝子不同炮制品镇痛抗炎作用研究

摘  要:
目的通过不同致痛、致炎模型观察川楝子不同炮制品的镇痛抗炎作用.方法采用小鼠热板法和扭体法,观察川楝子不同炮制品镇痛作用;采用耳肿法观察川楝子不同炮制品的抗炎作用.结果川楝子不同饮片对二甲苯所致的耳廓肿胀有明显的抑制作用,其中以炒川楝子作用较强.川楝子不同炮制品对醋酸所致的扭体也有明显的抑制作用.热板法显示各样品均能明显提高小鼠的痛阈值,其中以炒川楝子作用较为明显.结论川楝子生品与炒品均有显著的镇痛抗炎作用,其中以炒川楝子的作用较强.

摘  要:
Objective To study analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of differently prepared products for Fructus Meliae Toosendan.Methods Analgesic effect was tested by hot plate method and distorted body method in mice,while anti-inflammatory effect was tested by ear swollen method.Results The action of fried Fructus Meliae Toosendan was more intensive.Conclusion Fructus Meliae Toosendan and its differently processed products both could have analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects,but its fried could be more intensive.
