川楝子中17种微量元素及重金属元素的含量测定

摘  要:
建立电感耦合等离子体-质谱(ICP-MS)法同时测定川楝子中锌(Zn)、锰(Mn)、钴(Co)、铬(Cr)、钼(Mo)、镍(Ni)、钒(V)、锡(Sn)、硒(Se)、锶(Sr)、硼(B)、铷(Rb)、铜(Cu)、砷(As)、铅(Pb)、汞(Hg)、镉(Cd)17种微量元素及重金属元素含量分析方法。川楝子药材中富含多种元素,测试的17种元素质量浓度为0.08μg/L~15.93μg/L,其中,Rb、Cu、B、Zn、Sr元素含量较高,各元素回归方程相关系数r>0.999 9,检测限为0.003μg/g~0.103μg/g,加样回收率为95.8%~101.6%,RSD≤2.68%。Cu、As、Pb、Hg、Cd的含量均低于国家标准限量值。建立的ICP-MS方法灵敏度高、准确性好。本次实验的川楝子药材达到了《药用植物及制剂进出口绿色行业标准》和《中国药典》2015年版相应项下的重金属限量标准。

摘  要:
The ICP-MS method was established for detect the contents of 17 trace elements and heavy metal elements in Melia toosendan Sieb.et Zucc.,Zn,Mn,Co,Cr,Mo,Ni,V,Sn,Se,Sr,B,Rb,Cu,As,Pb,Hg,Cd.Medicinal samples of M. toosendan Sieb.et Zucc. is rich in many elements,among the 17 elements tested,Rb,Cu,B,Zn,Sr elements were higher,The mass concentration of each element ranged from 0.08μg/L-15.93μg/L,the correlation coefficient r of each element was greater than 0.999 9,the detection limit was 0.003μg/g-0.103μg/g,the recovery rate was 95.8%-101.6%,the relative standard deviation(RSD) were≤2.68%. The contents of Cu,As,Pb,Hg and Cd in M. toosendan Sieb.et Zucc. were lower than the national standard limit values. The established ICP-MS method has high sensitivity and good accuracy. The experimental Medicinal herbs basically reached the"green import and export of medicinal plants and preparations industry standards"and the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2015 edition of the corresponding heavy metal limit standards.
