摘  要:
本文所指小麦均为冬小麦,即宿麦。小麦生长期中的需水期与华北雨季严重不同步,因此如何应对干旱是发展小麦的重大问题。历来人们通过兴修水利及寻求适当的农艺措施来发展小麦种植。在水利、农具、生产技术等各项条件逐渐成熟的基础上,唐末宋初小麦成为中国华北的主粮,并在种植面积扩大、面食地位提高、麦作文化形成和出现在文学作品中的小麦意象等方面体现出来。

摘  要:
The period of water demand in winter wheat growth and the rainy season of North China is not synchronous seriously, so how to deal with the drought is the major problem of the development of wheat. It has always been the building water conservancy projects and seek appropriate agronomic practices to the development of wheat. Based on the conditions of water conservancy, farm tools, production technology have gradually matured, late Tang Dynasty and early Song Dynasty wheat become Chinese North staple, and has a tremendous impact on the landscape of farmland, agricultural ecological system and social economic and cultural aspects.
