溶剂法提取茶叶籽毛油的研究

摘  要:
为充分利用茶叶籽资源,探索最佳茶叶籽油的提取方法,本试验以茶叶籽出油率为指标,利用单因素和正交试验对茶叶籽油索氏提取工艺进行了研究。茶叶籽油的最佳提取工艺为:采用索氏提取法,脱脂溶剂为正己烷、提取温度75℃、料液比l:12(g/mL)的条件下出油率为31.23%,出油率高,油质清亮;测定其酸价和过氧化值均符合国家相关标准规定,表明索氏提取法提取茶叶籽油工艺可行,茶叶籽油提取率高,食用安全。

摘  要:
The objective of this study was to make full use of tea seed resource and explore the best extraction method of crude tea seed oil.Using oil yield as the criterion,the process of Soxhlet extraction of crude tea seed oil was studied by both single factors and orthogonal analysis experiments.The optimum extracting technology of tea seed oil was using Solvent extraction method,N-hexane as extraction solvent,ratio of material to liquid 1∶12(g/mL),and extraction temperature 75℃.Under this condition,the oil yield could reach 31.23% and the crude oil was bright clear.The acid value and peroxide value both complied with the relevant national standards.It could be concluded that using Soxhlet extraction method to extract crude tea seed oil was feasible with high extraction rate and it was safe to be consumed.
