全自动超临界二氧化碳萃取茶叶籽及其萃取物的分析

摘  要:
[目的]探索黄山茶叶籽萃取物的组分。[方法]以茶叶籽为原料,采用超临界二氧化碳萃取法对茶叶籽进行萃取,并采用HPLC和GC-MS分析萃取物中的组分。[结果]萃取产率受萃取温度的影响不大,与萃取压力呈正相关,在相同条件下萃取压力越大,产率越高。从HPLC和GC-MS图谱分析,不同方法萃取的茶叶籽的组分没有明显的区别。[结论]通过对茶叶籽的超临界萃取物进行测试,可为后期产物的定向提取分离提供参考。

摘  要:
[Objective] To explore the main components of tea seeds which produced in Huangshan. [Method] Automatic supercritical CO_2 extraction method was used to extract tea seeds,HPLC and GC-MS was adopted to analyze components of the extracts. [Result] The extraction yield was not affected by temperature,but was positively correlated with extraction pressure. Under the same conditions,the yield increased with higher extraction pressure. Through analysis of HPLC and GC-MS spectra,it was found that there is no obvious difference in the extractions of tea seeds by different methods. [Conclusion] Through the extract test,this study may provide the reference for the separation of product oriented extraction.
