6种生物源杀菌剂对甘薯根腐病菌的室内毒力测定

摘  要:
采用生长速率法测定了6种生物源杀菌剂对甘薯根腐病菌的室内抑菌毒力。测定结果表明,甘薯根腐病菌对中生菌素、四霉素和乙蒜素的敏感性较高,EC50和EC90较低,其EC50和EC90分别为423.8004、287.04564、41.0421 mg/L和2604.89253、294.10576、115.3419 mg/L。根据供试杀菌剂的有效成分含量推测,认为四霉素和中生菌素在甘薯根腐病防治中具有较高的潜力。

摘  要:
The toxicities of six biogenic fungicides to sweet potato root rot [Fusarium solani(Mart.) Sacc.f.sp.batatas McClure] were tested by the mycelium growth rate method in the laboratory.The results showed that Zhongshengjunsu,tetramycin and ethylicin had better inhibitory effects to the hypha of F.solani,their EC50 values were 423.8004,287.0456 and 441.0421 mg/L respectively,and their EC90 values were 2604.8925,3294.1057 and 6115.3419 mg/L respectively.In addition,it is believed that tetramycin and Zhongshengjunsu have higher potential in the control of sweet potato root rot in consideration of their active ingredient content.
