牙鲆饲料中异亮氨酸与缬氨酸的交互作用对消化酶和部分免疫酶的影响

摘  要:
试验研究饲料中异亮氨酸(Isoleucine,Ile)和缬氨酸(Valine,Val)的交互作用对牙鲆(Paralichthys olivaceus)肠道消化酶及肝脏免疫相关酶活力的影响。设2个异亮氨酸(Ile)水平(分别占饲料干物质的0%和2%),并将其分别与3个缬氨酸(Val)水平(分别占饲料干物质的0%、0.83%和2.27%)制成6组试验饲料(LI-LV、LI-MV、LI-HV、HI-LV、HI-MV、HI-HV)。以初始体重为(3.57±0.05)g的牙鲆为研究对象,随机分为6个处理组,每个处理组设3个平行,每个平行放20尾鱼,分别投喂上述6种试验饲料,试验期为60 d。结果表明,低Ile水平时,蛋白酶和淀粉酶活性随Val水平的增加先升高后下降,脂肪酶活性随之显著降低(P<0.05),总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)与超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力随Val含量的增加而显著下降(P<0.05),而过氧化氢酶(CAT)活力则先升高后降低,碱性磷酸酶(AKP)则先降低而后升高;但在高Ile水平时,脂肪酶、SOD活力随饲料Val含量的增加而显著升高(P<0.05)。双因素方差分析结果表明,Ile和Val之间存在交互作用,且在Ile 2%与Val 2.27%水平下,牙鲆幼鱼脂肪酶、超氧化物歧化酶、碱性磷酸酶活力均达到最高值。故Ile与Val对牙鲆体组织消化酶和免疫酶有显著交互作用,并且Ile 2%与Val 2.27%交互作用时显著提高牙鲆脂肪酶、超氧化物歧化酶活性。

摘  要:
A feeding trail was conducted to investigate the interactive effect of dietary isoleucine(Ile)and valine(Val) on activities of intestine digestive enzymes and several liver immune related en-zymes of juvenile Japanese flounder Paralichthys olivaceus. Japanese flounder juveniles were fed sixdiets(LI-LV, LI-MV, LI-HV, HI-LV, HI-MV, HI-HV) containing two levels of dietary Ile(0%,2%in dry matter) combined with three levels of dietary Val(0%, 0.83%, 2.27% in dry matter). Japaneseflounder juveniles with initial weights of(3.57 ± 0.05) g were randomly divided into 6 treatmentgroups. With triplicate tanks per treatment, per tanks was placed 20 fish which were fed 60 days.The results showed that: At low Ile levels, protease and amylase activity increased first and then de-creased with the increase of Val level, and the activity of lipase decreased significantly(P<0.05). Theactivity of T-AOC and SOD decreased significantly with the increase of Val content(P<0.05), whilethe CAT increased first and then decreased,while alkaline phosphatase(AKP) decreased firstand then increased; but at high Ile level, thevigor of lipase, SOD promoted obviously withthe increase of Val content(P<0.05). The re-sults of two factor variance analysis showed that there was interaction between Ile and Val, and the activity of lipase, superoxide dismutase and alka-line phosphatase in juvenile flounder was the highest at the level of Ile 2% and Val 2.27%. Ile andVal had significant interaction with the digestive enzymes and immune enzymes in Paralichthys oliva-ceus, and the interaction of Ile 2% and Val 2.27% significantly improved the activity of lipase andsuperoxide dismutase.
