红鳍东方鲀幼鱼异亮氨酸营养需求的研究

摘  要:
本试验旨在研究饲料中不同水平的异亮氨酸对红鳍东方鲀幼鱼生长性能、蛋白质利用及血清和肌肉中游离氨基酸含量的影响,并探讨其对异亮氨酸的需求量。在基础饲料中分别添加晶体异亮氨酸制成6组等氮等脂饲料,各组异亮氨酸的实际水平分别为1. 23%、1. 47%、1.61%、1.98%、2.17%、2.31%,对初始体重为(29.00±0.01) g的红鳍东方鲀幼鱼进行10周的饲养试验,每种饲料处理设3个重复,每个重复35尾鱼。结果表明:随饲料中异亮氨酸水平升高,蛋白质沉积率(PPV)呈现先升高后下降趋势,在1.98%及2.17%组较高,显著高于1.23%组(P<0.05);鱼体粗蛋白质含量呈现先上升后下降趋势,在1.61%、1.98%及2.17%组较高,显著高于1.23%组(P<0.05);血清游离异亮氨酸含量随饲料异亮氨酸水平升高呈现先升高后趋于平缓的趋势,肌肉游离异亮氨酸含量随着饲料异亮氨酸水平的增加呈现先降低后升高的趋势;随饲料中异亮氨酸水平升高,各组间生长率、饲料效率、肥满度、脏体比、肝体比均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。以蛋白质沉积率、鱼体粗蛋白质含量及肌肉游离氨基酸含量作为评价指标,根据二次回归曲线得到,红鳍东方鲀幼鱼对异亮氨酸需求量为1.83%~1.96%。

摘  要:
This experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of dietary isoleucine level on growth performance,protein utilization and free amino acids contents in serum and muscle of juvenile tiger puffer,and discuss the requirement of isoleucine. Six isonitrogenous and isoenergetic diets were formulated to contain graded levels of isoleucine(1.23%,1.47%,1.61%,1.98%,2.17% and 2.31%,respectively)from dietary ingredients and crystalline isoleucine. Juvenile tiger puffer with an initial body weight of(29.00±0.01)g were fed for 10 weeks,each diet treatment had 3 replicates with 35 fish per replicate. The results indicated that protein productive value(PPV)was first increased and then declined with the increasing of isoleucine levels in diets,1.98%and 2.17% groups had higher values,and was significantly higher than 1.23% group(P<0.05);body crude protein content was first increased and then declined,1.61%,1.98% and 2.17% groups had higher values,and was significantly higher than 1.23% group(P<0.05). Serum free isoleucine contents were increased first and then remained constant as the dietary isoleucine levels increased. The muscle free isoleucine contents was declined first and then increased as the dietary isoleucine levels increased. Special growth rate(SGR),feed efficiency(FE),condition factor(CF),hepatosomatic index(HSI)and viscerosomatic index(VSI)of tiger puffer were not significantly affected by dietary isoleucine levels(P>0.05). Based on the quadratic regression analysis of the PPV,body crude protein content and muscle free isoleucine content,the optimum requirement of juvenile tiger puffer(Takifugu rubripes)for isoleucine is estimated to be in the range of 1.83% to 1.96%.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2020,32(11):5347-5356]
