外源SA对葡萄叶片抗氧化酶活性的影响

摘  要:
通过外源喷施水杨酸(Salicylic acid,SA),以酿酒葡萄品种赤霞珠(VitisviniferaL. cv. Cabernet Sauvignon)为试材,初步探讨了外源SA对赤霞珠葡萄叶片超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性以及膜质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。结果表明:水杨酸处理后,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性表现出先升高后又下降的趋势;过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性表现为上升趋势,但是不同浓度SA表现情况不同,较低浓度如1.00 mmol/L处理时表现最好,而高浓度如5.00 mmol/L时则有抑制的作用;膜质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)的含量较对照有下降的趋势,这表明外源SA可有效减少MDA的积累,从而减轻活性氧积累带来的伤害。

摘  要:
In this experiment,through spurting exogenous SA,the wine varieties of grape(Vitisvinifera L. cv. Cabernet Sauvignon)leaves were used as materials,exploration preliminary theinfluences of exogenous SA on the change of SOD,CAT activity and MDA content. The result shows: With increasing conduct time,antioxidant system activity of SOD enhanced first and then slightly reduced; CAT activity obviously increased,but the different concentration have different result,the low concentration such as 1.00 mmol/L had a good result while 5.00 mmol/L had a bad result; MDA content is lower than the compare. It explained that the exogenous SA could reduce the content of MDA,and then reduce the hurt of accumulated active oxygen.
