水杨酸对高温胁迫下及恢复期间葡萄幼苗叶片光合机构PSⅡ的影响

摘  要:
以葡萄京秀(Vitisvinifera L.cv.Jingxiu)幼苗为试材,用0.1mmol·L-1水杨酸喷施葡萄幼苗,进行高温胁迫(43℃,5h),然后进行恢复处理(25℃,4d),在此处理过程中利用便携式脉冲调制式荧光仪(FMS-2型)和植物效率分析仪测定葡萄叶片光合机构PSⅡ的荧光参数,探讨了水杨酸能否减轻高温胁迫对葡萄叶片PSⅡ的抑制或伤害。结果表明,一定程度的高温胁迫抑制了葡萄叶片光合机构PSII(包括供体侧和受体侧以及反应中心)的功能,外施水杨酸不能减轻PSⅡ受到的直接高温伤害,但是能够使PSII功能恢复的更快,从而最终减轻了高温伤害。

摘  要:
Experiment was conducted with the young plants of Jingxiu grape cultivar for studying whether the salicylic acid could reduce the photoinhibition of heat stress on photosystem II(PSⅡ) of grape leaves.The grape plants sprayed with 0.1 mmol·L-1 SA were treated by heat stress(43 ℃) for 5 h, then were let it recovering for 4 d under normal temperature(25 ℃).The chlorophyll fluorescence was measured with a Pulse-modulated Fluorometer(FMS-2) and a Plant Efficiency Analyzer(PEA).The results indicated that SA pretreatment did not alleviate the harm of PSII when grape leaves were under heat stress,but promoted the recovery of acceptor side,donor side and reaction center of PSII from stress to normal status more rapidly compared with the control(spraying water).SA could mitigate the harm of heat stress to grape leaves through promotion of PSⅡ functions to recover more rapidly.
