酶联免疫法检测虾肉中氯霉素

摘  要:
为保证水产品的质量安全,用酶联免疫法快速检测虾肉中氯霉素残留量。结果表明:该法平均检测下限为0.0125μg/kg,回收率为88.1%~94.4%,RSD为2.98%~6.67%,是虾肉中氯霉素残留量检测的理想方法。

摘  要:
In order to ensure quality and security of aquatic products,the method of ELISA is used to determine quickly the chloramphenicol(CAP) residues in the musle of prawn. The results show that the mean lower determining limit of this method is about 0.0125 μg/kg,the recovery rate is 88.1 %~94.4 % and the coefficients of variation is 2.98 %~6.67 %.It is perfect method of determining quickly the chloramphenicol(CAP)residues in the musle of prawn.
