[Objective]To verify the test effect of the company's production of sulfonamides chemiluminescence microparticle immuno assay( CMIA) detection kit,the method of chemiluminescent microparticle immuno assay and high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry was used to detect the residues of sulfonamides in shrimp samples, and compared the difference between the two methods of test results. [Method]Shrimp meat as raw material for detection, the kits about sensitivity, specificity, precision and accuracy were tested by direct competitive CMIA method. [Result]The sensitivity of the kit was 1. 04 μg/kg,the average recovery was 95. 25%-104. 50%,the coefficient of variation CV all were less than 15%; The results for shrimp by CMIA method were well consistent with as the results of HPLC-MS method.[Conclusion]The results for shrimp by CMIA method are stable and reliable, and meet the relevant national standards. It shows that this kit can meet the requirements of rapid detection of sulfonamides in animal tissues.
