浸提法提取虾油脂的最佳条件组合

摘  要:
对潮州产的小虾肉油脂用溶剂浸提法提取分离得到粗虾油,通过正交试验,对不同溶剂、提取温度、提取时间、料液比采用4因素3水平进行了探讨,以出油率为考察指标。结果表明,溶剂的种类对出油率的影响最大,其中正己烷的出油率最高。最佳的提取组合为正己烷、温度40℃、料液比1∶12,提取时间12 h。

摘  要:
The rough oil extracted by solvent extraction from small shrimp in Chaozhou area,Guangdong.By orthogonal test with four factors,three levels,the extraction conditions were studied as different solvents,temperature,extracting time and rate of C to feed.The results showed that : the type of solvent had the greatest impact on oil yield,and the oil yield with n-hexane was the highest.The best combination was: hexane as solvent,extraction temperature 40°,rate of C to feed 1∶12,time 12 hours.
