N-(5-芳基-1,3,4-噁二唑-2-基)-N-α-萘氧乙酰基硫腺的合成及生物活性

摘  要:
为了寻找更好的生物活性化合物,从仅一萘氧乙酸出发合成酰基异硫氰酸酯,然后与2-氨基-5-芳基-1,3,4-噁二唑反应合成了10个新的酰基硫脲类化合物;其结构经红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、质谱和元素分析确认.同时对6种病原菌进行了生物活性测试,结果表明,在50mg/L下,有6个化合物对水稻纹枯病菌抑制效果较好,抑制率达50%以上;特别是Ⅱ.对苹果轮纹病菌抑制率达91.3%.

摘  要:
In order to find better bioactive compounds, ten new N - (5 - aryl - 1, 3, 4 - thiadi- azol - 2 - yl) - N'- α - naphthyloxyacetyhhioureas were synthesized from the start material of α - naphthyloxyacetic acid and then reacted with 2 - amino - 5 - aryl - 1, 3, 4 - oxadiazole. Their structures was confirmed by IR, MS, 1H NMR and Elemental Analysis. At the same time, the bi- ological activity tests of six pathogens were carried out. The results showed that six compounds had better fungicidal activity on Rhizatonia solani, and the inhibition rate was over 50% at the concen- tration of 50mg/L. Especially lie compound to Dochiorella gregaria, the inhibition rate was 91.3%
