N-(5-芳基-1,3,4-噁二唑-2-基)-N'-α-萘氧乙酰基硫脲的合成及生物活性

摘  要:
为了寻找更好的生物活性化合物,从α-萘氧乙酸出发合成酰基异硫氰酸酯,然后与2-氨基-5-芳基-1,3,4-噁二唑反应合成了10个新的酰基硫脲类化合物;其结构经红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、质谱和元素分析确认。同时对6种病原菌进行了生物活性测试,结果表明,在50mg/L下,有6个化合物对水稻纹枯病菌抑制效果较好,抑制率达50%以上;特别是Ⅱ_e对苹果轮纹病菌抑制率达91.3%。

摘  要:
In order to find better bioactive compounds, ten new N-( 5-aryl-1, 3,4-thiadiazol-2-yl)-N'-α-naphthyloxyacetylthioureas were synthesized from the start material of a-naphthyloxyacetic acid and then reacted with 2-amino-5-aryl-1, 3,4-oxadiazole. Their structures was confirmed by IR, MS, 1 H NMR and Elemental Analysis. At the same time, the biological activity tests of six pathogens were carried out. The results showed that six compounds had better fungicidal activity on Rhizatonia solani, and the inhibition rate was over 50% at the concentration of 50 mg/L Especially Ⅱe compound to Dochiorella gregaria, the inhibition rate was 91. 3%.
