摘  要:
为了探讨氰戊菊酯对雄性小鼠繁殖性能及生理机制的影响,将成年雄性昆明小鼠用10 mg/kg BW氰戊菊酯连续灌胃40 d,分析其对小鼠精子质量、睾丸组织结构和血清睾酮、雌二醇含量的影响。结果表明:试验组小鼠精子密度与活率和对照组差异不显著,但试验组精子畸形率显著增加。透射电镜结果表明:试验组小鼠睾丸精母细胞线粒体出现肿胀和空泡化,支持细胞线粒体有肿胀现象,并且溶酶体增多,内质网明显扩张。试验组小鼠血清睾酮水平极显著高于对照组,雌二醇水平显著高于对照组。研究结果表明:用10 mg/kg BW氰戊菊酯长期灌胃雄性成年小鼠,可扰乱小鼠雄激素和雌激素的分泌,并影响小鼠的精子发生,导致小鼠繁殖性能下降。

摘  要:
To evaluate the effect of fenvalerate on the fertility and physiological mechanism of male mice,the adult male Kunming mice were gastric infused with fenvalerate at a dose of 10 mg/kg BW for 40 days,and the mice sperm quality,testicular ultrastructure,and testosterone and estradiol contents of serum were analyzed.The results showed that there were no significant differences in the sperm counts and the sperm motility between the control and treatment groups,but the fenvalerate treatment significantly increased the spermic abnormality.Transmission electron microscopic observations on the testicular ultrastructure indicated that in the treatment group,the vacuolation appeared on the testicular spermatocyte mitochondria,swelled and vacuolated Sertoli cell mitochondria occurred,the lysosome increased,and the endoplasmic reticulum expanded evidently.The testosterone and estradiol contents of serum in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group respectively at 0.01 and 0.05 levels.It was concluded that gastric infusion of fenvalerate at a dose of 10 mg/kg BW for a long term could disturb the testosterone and estradiol secretion,influence the spermatogenesis, and thus reduce the fertility of male mice.
