19%氰戊·三唑磷乳油的气相色谱分析方法

摘  要:
建立一种同时测定三唑磷和氰戊菊酯的气相色谱分析方法,以邻苯二甲酸二环己酯为内标,使用HP-5毛细管柱及氢火焰离子化检测器。结果表明:三唑磷和氰戊菊酯的线性相关系数分别为0.998 3和0.998 5,标准偏差为0.20和0.13,变异系数为1.36%和2.81%,平均添加回收率为99.46%和99.23%。

摘  要:
A GC method was developed for quantitative determination of fenvalerate+triazophos 19%EC with dicyclohexyl phthalate as internal standard,using HP-5 capillary column and FID.The results showed that the linear coefficients of triazophos and fenvalerate were 0.998 3 and 0.9985,the standard deviations were 0.20 and 0.13,the variation coefficients were 1.36%and 2.81%,the average recoveries were 99.46%and 99.23%,respectively.
