6种内吸性杀菌剂对苹果枝干轮纹病的治疗效果

摘  要：
用菌丝接种1a生苹果枝条,接种2周后喷雾施药,以发病皮孔的数量为指标,评测了6种内吸性杀菌剂对苹果枝干轮纹病的治疗效果。结果表明,苯醚甲环唑、氟硅唑、甲基硫菌灵、多菌灵、戊唑醇和醚菌脂都能抑制苹果轮纹病瘤的产生,其抑制效果依次为55.6%、47.0%、45.1%、37.7%、37.1%和34.6%。在离体条件下,6种药剂,除醚菌脂外,对轮纹病菌生长的抑制率达100%或接近100%,而枝条上防治效果却不足60%,可能的原因是药剂不能到达病菌的侵染部位。

摘  要：
The curative effects of six systemic fungicides on tumor development on apple branches were tested via spraying fungicides two weeks after the branches inoculated with mycelium of Botryosphaeria dothidea.The curative efficiency of the six fungicides,Difenoconazole,Flusilazole,Thiophanate-Methyl,Carbendazim,Tebuconazole and Kresoxim-Methyl,were 55.6%,47.0%,45.1%,37.7%,37.1% and 34.6% respectively when the fungicides were applied with recommended dosage by manufactures.The inhibitive efficiency of the five fungicides,except Kresoxim-Methyl,on mycelium growth of B.dothidea in vitro were 100% or near 100%.However,the effects of the fungicides on inhibiting tumor development on branches were under 60%,the possible reason was that the fungicides couldn’t reach the infect position of the fungi.
