锦鲤疱疹病毒病鲤组织病理观察

摘  要：
应用组织病理学方法,观察患有锦鲤疱疹病毒病(Koi herpes virus,KHV)的鲤Cyprinus carpio组织器官的病理变化。结果表明:鳃小片上皮细胞增生、肿胀、增粗、变性、脱落;脾组织出现弥散性脓疡灶和纤维性变化,毛细血管扩张、充血;肾小管上皮细胞结构紊乱、肿胀,伴有崩裂和坏死,肾小球萎缩,毛细血管扩张、充血,肾间质中局灶性坏死;肝细胞呈玻璃样变,肝间质可见局灶性坏死;肠上皮细胞变性、脱落、坏死。

摘  要：
The histopathological changes were observed in various tissues and organs of common carp Cyprinus carpio suffered from koi herpes virus disease.It was found that the diseased fish had proliferation,swelling,thickening hypertrophic epithelial cells in gill lamellae,as well as degeneration,shedding.Under a microscope,the fibrous changes including the expansion and hyperemia of capillaries were observed in the spleen,and diffuse necrosis in the spleen tissue in the sick fish.The obvious disorder in structure,swelling,and disintegration and necrosis were found in epithelial cells of renal tubulus.The atrophic structure,expansion and congestion appeared in blood capillaries of the glomerulus.The local necrosis was observed in renal interstitial,and obvious glass degeneration in hepetopancreas,in whose mesenchyma were necrosis.Gastrointestinal epithelial cells were arranged irregularly,and accompanied by desquamation,degeneration and necrosis.
