食用菌多糖的生物活性研究现状

摘  要:
为了明确食用菌多糖的生物活性,通过对食用菌多糖的生理现状进行了分析,对食用菌多糖的各种生理活性进行了研究,结果表明香菇多糖能够增强人的免疫力,酵母多糖的抗肿瘤活性、降血脂、血糖的活性、特殊种类的食用菌多糖拥有抗疲劳、抗衰老的活性,实验结果证明不同种类的食用菌多糖有不同的生理活性。

摘  要:
In order to clarify the bioactivity of edible fungi polysaccharide, this paper firstly analyses the physiological status of edible fungi polysaccharide, and then studies its physiological activities. The results show that lentinan can enhance human immunity. and that the antitumor activity of zymosan, the activity of lowering blood lipids and blood sugar, and some special kinds edible fungi polysaccharide of have offect on the anti-fatigue and anti-aging activity. Therefore, this research points out the fact that different kinds of edible fungi polysaccharides have different physiological activities.
