普氏野马肠毒血症的诊断与防治

摘  要:
从发病死亡的普氏野马无菌采集肝脏、脾脏、肠系膜淋巴结和肠道内容物,在实验室进行病原分离与鉴定,在采集病料中未分离到病毒;在肝、脾、肾和肠涂片上发现大量有荚膜的G+大杆菌,涂片放置数小时后可观察到芽胞。在鲜血琼脂上分离到一株G+大杆菌,菌落周围呈β溶血环。在厌氧肉肝汤中增菌培养,分离到兼性厌氧的G+杆菌,有荚膜,有芽胞。取肠内容物加生理盐水稀释,离心取上清液,滤过除菌后分成两份;一份加热(100℃15 min),一份不加热,分别注射小鼠尾静脉,12 h后不加热组小鼠死亡,证明有毒素存在。另将滤液分成5份,分别加入A,B,C,D型魏氏梭菌抗毒素血清及生理盐水(对照),混合均匀后,在37℃下作用40 min,然后分别尾静脉注射小白鼠,每组4只,观察24 h。根据小白鼠死亡及存活结果,判定为D型魏氏梭菌。用该菌注射豚鼠可将其致死。根据临床症状和实验室检验结果,可确定该病为D型魏氏梭菌引起的普氏野马肠毒血症。

摘  要:
Liver,spleen,mesenteric lymph node and intestines content samples of infective Przewalski's Horse(Equus caballus) were collected with asepsis technique after anatomizing.Virus did not isolated from these samples in laboratory,but a lot of big Grem positive bacterium which have capsule were found in slides prepared with the samples,and spore could be observed after several hours staying in room temperature.A big Grem positive bacteria was isolated when it was cultured in blood agar,and its colonization was surrounded by the β-hemolytic zone.It was cultured in anaerobic beef liver broth,Grem positive facultative anaerobic bacteria with capsule and spore was isolated.Intestines content with physiological saline was diluted in proportion of 1∶1,and then the suspension was filtrated by centrifugation.Half of filtrate was heated at 100 ℃ for 15 min,and the rest was not heated.These two kinds of filtrate were injected into mice tail vein,respectively.The mice injected with unheated filtrated were dead.It indicated the pathogen has toxin.Then the filtrate was divided into 5 proportions,and antitoxin of clostridium welchii type A,B,C,D and physiological saline(as control) were added and were inoculated to mice(4 mice for each group),and these mice were observed for 24h.Based on the results of death and survive test,the pathogen was proved to be clostridium welchii type D.It could also cause guinea pig to die when the bacteria was injected into mice.The disease could be diagnosed as enterotoxaemia of Przewalski's horse caused by clostridium welchii type D based on clinic and experimental results.
