摘  要:
对"沪灵芝"(Ganoderma lucidum SH)等23个真菌物种进行全基因组系统发生分析,进一步选取其中具有代表性的物种进行比较基因组学分析。全基因组系统发生分析和分子钟估计结果显示,沪灵芝分化时间(8.75百万年前)明显晚于灵芝属分化时间(180百万年前);基因家族尺寸和直系同源基因数目分析显示,与另外参试灵芝菌种相比沪灵芝基因家族具有一定的收缩趋势;进一步对基因家族数目进行比较的结果显示,沪灵芝逆转录酶家族发生了显著扩增。GO功能分析提示沪灵芝逆转录酶家族的功能富集主要为核酸结合功能和酶的催化活性。

摘  要:
Phylogenomic analysis undertaken using the genome DNA sequences of twenty three fungal species,including three target strains of Ganoderma lucidum(SH,BJ and JGI),indicated that the latter were closely clustered.Using Ustilago maydis as the control(divergence 550 million years ago-MYA),molecular clock analysis estimated that the genus Ganoderma diverged 180 million years ago,and that the divergence times of G.lucidum SH,BJ and JGI were 8.75,8.75 and 35.2 MYA,respectively.Comparative genomic analysis carried out on ten representative basidiomycete species selected for further study revealed a tendency for contraction in gene family size in G.lucidum SH,and an expansion of reverse transcriptase families,compared with G.lucidum JGI and BJ.GO functional analysis of these expanded reverse transcriptase families indicated that expansion mainly involved families associated with nucleic acid binding functions and enzyme catalytic activity.
