广枯灵中噁霉灵在中药材头花蓼上的残留消解动态

摘  要:
采用柱前衍生气相色谱法测定广枯灵中噁霉灵在中药材头花蓼上的残留消解动态和最终残留量。实验结果表明,广枯灵中噁霉灵在头花蓼中消解较快,按推荐剂量使用后,半衰期为2.8~3.0d,属于易降解农药,按照推荐剂量使用安全。

摘  要:
Degradation dynamics and final residues of hymexazol in Polygonum capitatum Buch were estimated by GC-FPD with pre-column derivatization. The results showed that the hymexazol in Polygonum capitatum Buch degraded fast. When the Guangkuling (3% hymexazol-metalaxyl aqueous solution) was applied on Polygonum capitatum Buch by recommenda- tion concentration, their half-live were 2.8-3.0d. The hymexazol residue in Polygonum capitatum Buch was below the MRLs when guangkuling was used on Polygonum capitatum Buch by recommendation concentration.
