19%噁霉灵·络氨铜水剂中噁霉灵在烟草上的残留消解动态

摘  要:
采用衍生气相色谱法测定噁霉灵·络氨铜水剂中噁霉灵在烟草上残留消解动态和最终残留量。样品经丙酮-水(体积比9∶1)超声振荡提取,乙醚萃取,经O,O-二乙基硫代磷酰氯衍生化后,用带火焰光度检测器气相色谱仪进行测定。其结果表明:检出限为0.015mg/kg,定量限为0.049mg/kg,在0.05、0.5、1.0mg/kg添加水平下,添加回收率为83.60%~90.50%,变异系数为5.5%~7.9%。噁霉灵在烟草上半衰期为2.7~3.2d,施药剂量为高剂量1125ga.i./hm2条件下,施药4次,最后1次施药距采收间隔期为21d时,噁霉灵在烟草中的残留量低于0.050mg/kg。

摘  要:
Degradation dynamics and final residues of hymexazol in tobacco applying hymexazol·cupric tetramminosulfate 19%AS were estimated by GC-FPD with pre-derivatization.The sample was extracted by acetone-water(9:1,by vol)with ultrasonic vibration,extracted by ether.The target compound in sample was in derivative process by diethyl thiophosphate(DECTP),and then determined by GC-FPD.The results suggested that the lowest detection limit was 0.015 mg/kg and the limit of quantification was 0.049 mg/kg.The recoveries of hymexazol from tobacco spiked with 0.05,0.5,1.0 mg/kg ranged from 83.60 to 90.50%,with the coefficient of variation of 5.5 to 7.9%.The half-life of hymexazol was 2.7-3.2 days in tobacco.When sprayed for 4 successive times at the high dosage of 1125 g a.i./ha,at interval time of 21 d after the last application,the final residues of hymexazol in tobacco were lower than 0.05 mg/kg.
