噁霉灵在人参和土壤中的残留动态及最终残留量研究

摘  要:
采用高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定了30%噁霉灵水剂在人参和土壤中的残留动态和最终残留量。样品经乙腈提取,GPR固相萃取柱净化后,用液相色谱-串联质谱法检测。结果表明:噁霉灵有效成分用量为86 400 g/hm2时,人参和土壤中的半衰期分别为10.6 d和22.2 d。噁霉灵有效成分用量为57 600 g/hm2和86 400 g/hm2时,人参和土壤中的最终残留量分别为0.003 2~0.004 2 mg/kg和0.233 5~0.405 3 mg/kg。30%噁霉灵水剂最高有效成分用量为57 600 g/hm2时,建议人参中的最大残留限量值为0.07 mg/kg,安全间隔期为28 d。

摘  要:
Residual decline and final residues of hymexazol in Panax ginseng and soil were determined by HPLC-MS/MS. The samples were extracted with acetonitrile, cleaned up with GPR solid phase extraction column, then determined by HPLC. The results showed that when hymexazol 30% AS was applied at the active ingredient dosage of 86 400 g/hm2, the half-lives of hymexazol in Panax ginseng and soil were 10.6 d and 22.2 d. When hymexazol 30% AS was applied at the active ingredient dosage of 57 600 g/hm2 and 86 400 g/hm2, the final residues in Panax ginseng and soil were 0.003 2~0.004 2 mg/kg and 0.233 5~0.405 3 mg/kg. It was recommended that the MRL of hymexazol would be 0.07 mg/kg, and the pre-harvest interval was 28 d at the active ingredient dosage of 57 600 g/hm2.
