金叶风箱果组织培养研究

摘  要:
选取金叶风箱果休眠枝条水培嫩茎为外植体,筛选适宜的初步诱导、继代增殖和生根培养基,研究建立金叶风箱果科学合理的快繁体系,结果表明:初代诱导最佳培养基为MS培养基,诱导率为73%;继代增殖培养以添加激素6-BA0.1 mg·L~(-1)的效果最佳,增殖倍率可达6.02倍;生根最佳培养基为1/2MS+NAA0.1 mg·L~(-1),每芽平均生根数为5条,根平均长度为2.5 cm,生根率为70.3%。

摘  要:
The appropriate preliminary abduction,subculture multiplication and root media were selected by choosing the water planting immature stem of dormancy branch of Physocarpus opulifolius var. luteus as explants. The reasonable rapid propagation system construction was researched. The result showed that the best medium of preliminary abduction was MS whose inductivity rate was 73 %. The best effect of subculture multiplication culture was adding 6-BA0. 1 mg·L~(-1). The multiplication multiplying power was 6. 02. The best root media was 1/2MS + NAA0. 1 mg·L~(-1). The average root per bud was 5. The average length of root was 2. 5 cm. The rooting percentage was 70. 3 %.
