化学物质对金叶风箱果嫩枝扦插繁殖的影响

摘  要:
试验以金叶风箱果(Physocarpus opulifoliusLutein)为试材,采用IBA、NAA、S3307、维生素B1,以及蔗糖等化学物质,以不同的浓度及混合使用等处理,进行扦插生根试验。结果表明:在生根数量,生根长度,根长分布及成活率和生根率上以处理B3(IBA+NAA,300 mg/L+300 mg/L)最好,其次是处理B4(IBA+NAA,500mg/L+500 mg/L)。然后是处理D3(萘乙酸+维生素B1+蔗糖,100 mg/L+80 mg/L+2%)、D4(萘乙酸+维生素B1+蔗糖,300 mg/L+80 mg/L+2%)、B2(IBA+NAA,100 mg/L+100 mg/L)、B1(IBA+NAA,50mg/L+50 mg/L)。处理A除生根数量、成活率和生根率高于对照外,表现出了较好的促进根长生长效果。其它处理的生根效果、成活率和生根率均优于对照。

摘  要:
The effects of IBA,NAA,S_(3307),VB1,and cane sugar on cutting propagation of tender branch for golden leaf amur ninebark(Physocarpus opulifolius Lutein) were discussed in this paper by treating branches with different concentration and mixed solution with IBA,NAA,S_(3307),VB1 and cane sugar.Results showed that B3(IBA+NAA,300mg/L+300mg/L)was the best treatment in quantity and length of new roots,rate of radication and survival,distributing of roots length;Treatment B4(IBA+NAA,500mg/L+500mg/L)took the second place;The following treatments in turn was D3(NAA+VB1+cane sugar,100 mg/L +80 mg/L +2%),D4(NAA+VB1+cane sugar,300 mg/L+80 mg/L+2%),B2(IBA+NAA,100 mg/L +100 mg/L),B1(IBA+ NAA,50 mg/L+50 mg /L).Treatment A was better than CK in quantity of new roots,rate of radication and survival,besides,it showed a preferable effect on promotion of root growth.The radication results,rate of radication and survival of other treatments were all better than CK.
