安康市汉滨区郊区桑葚中硒含量分析

摘  要:
通过原子荧光分光光度法检测安康市汉滨区周边桑园基地所产桑葚中硒的含量。结果表明,桑葚具有较高的富集硒能力,其硒含量为(0.025 3±0.006 8)mg/kg,该结果为后期桑葚生物学功能分析以及富硒桑葚开发提供参考。

摘  要:
The content of selenium in mulberry from Hanbin district of Ankang city was analyzed by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry.The results showed that the average selenium content of mulberry from Ankang city was(0.025 3±0.006 8) mg/kg.The high selenium enriching ability of mulberry provided a basis for analyzing its biological function and development in the future.
