摘  要:
本研究对GB/T 18970-2003检测斑蝥黄方法进行改进,将旋转蒸发器的圆底烧瓶改为100 m L棕色容量瓶,旋转蒸发器改为氮吹仪,第二次溶解改为加乙醇和三氯甲烷后,放置20 min自溶或放入超声波器中超声溶解10 min,再用环已烷定容,混合均匀比色。结果表明,该方法减少了圆底烧瓶溶液转移的步骤,同时提高了检测效率和准确度。

摘  要:
Improvement of GB/T 18970-2003 method for detection of cantharis yellow,the round bottom flask of rotary evaporator was changed into 100 mL brown volumetric flask,and the rotary evaporator was changed into nitrogen blowing instrument;for the second dissolve,after adding ethanol and trichloromethane,autolyzed was placed for 20 min or ultrasonic dissolution was placed in an ultrasonic device for 10 min. Then use cyclohexane constant volume,mix well for colorimetric analysis. The results showed that this method reduce the step of solution transfer in a round bottom flask and improve the detection efficiency and accuracy.
