低温条件肉鸡体质量、腹水心脏指数与腹水症的相关性分析

摘  要:
为研究低温环境肉鸡体质量(BW)、腹水心脏指数(AHI)、腹水症发病率(IAS)、发病指数(DI)彼此间的相关关系,将200只14日龄商品代AA肉仔鸡分为2组,常温组100只(21~23℃)、低温组100只(9~12℃),观测各组每周BW、AHI、发病只数(DN)和DI。结果表明,各组BW、AHI随肉鸡生长日龄显著增加,6周龄与7周龄肉鸡AHI差异不显著,DI和IAS随日龄呈现增加趋势;4~7周龄低温组肉鸡BW显著低于常温组,分别下降了10.79%、11.12%、14.90%、11.90%,AHI显著高于常温组,分别增加了12.41%、12.12%、16.83%、14.20%;低温组IAS和DI极显著高于常温组,分别增加了240%和252%;常温组肉鸡BW与AHI、DI呈极显著正相关,AHI与DI、DN,DN与BW呈显著正相关;低温组肉鸡BW与AHI、DI呈显著正相关,DI与AHI呈极显著正相关,DN与AHI显著相关,但DN与BW相关性不显著。表明低温条件和肉鸡快速生长是导致腹水症的重要因素,BW与AHI、DI、IAS关系密切。

摘  要:
To investigate the correlativity of body weight(BW),ascites heart index(AHI),the incidence of ascites syndrome(IAS)and disease index(DI)in broiler chickens under low temperature,two hundreds 14-day-old healthy AA broiler chickens were randomly divided into two groups,including the normal temperature group(21-23℃)and low temperature group(9-12 ℃).BW,AHI,DI and the disease numbers(DN)were observed weekly.The results showed that BW and AHI of the two groups significantly increased with growth,but AHI of six and seven weeks had no significant difference.DI and IAS increased significantly.BW of broiler chickens of low temperature group were remarkably lower(10.79%,11.12%,14.90% and 11.90%)than that of normal temperature group,but AHI of low temperature group were significantly greater(12.41%,12.12%,16.83% and 14.20%)than that of normal temperature group from four to seven weeks.IAS and DI of broiler chickens in low temperature group were remarkably greater(240% and 252%)than those of broiler chickens in normal temperature group.The significant positive correlations were found among BW,AHI,DI and DN in normal temperature group.There were significant positive correlations among BW,AHI and DI,and between DN and AHI,but there was no significant correlation between DN and BW in the broiler chickens low temperature group.These suggest that low temperature environment and the rapid growth of broiler chickens are the important factors that may cause AS,and the correlation between BW,AHI,DI and IAS of the broiler chickens is very close.
