羊B超诊断技术研究概述

摘  要：
对B超在母羊早期妊娠诊断、母羊怀胎数判定和活体眼肌面积测定中的应用研究进行了综述。配种后30~45 d是通过直肠探头诊断母羊妊娠的最佳时期,25~40 d左右探查孕囊暗区的个数确定怀孕的胎数,是准确、快速的诊断方法。B超活体测定的羊眼肌面积与胴体瘦肉率为正相关,可通过B超测定眼肌面积估测胴体瘦肉率。

摘  要：
This text has given a summary about study on B- type ultrasonic diognosis technology in ewe early pregnancy diognosis,fetus numbers judgement,muscular apparatus area of living organism,it show that 30 to 45 days after coitus was a good period of early pregnancy diognosis using rectum probe of B-type ultrasonic,and 25 to 40 days after coitus decided numbers of fetus by scanning fluidity sonolucent space was a accurate and fast diognosis means,and muscular apparatus area of living organism by B- type ultrasonic was positively correlated with the rate of lean meat of naked body, so it was feasible that estimated the rate of lean meat of naked body by measured muscular apparatus area of living organism using B- type ultrasonic.
