B型超声诊断技术在波尔山羊妊娠早期的应用研究

摘  要：
为了提高波尔山羊的繁殖效率,试验采用B型超声诊断技术在波尔山羊妊娠早期进行了声像学监测,对早期妊娠诊断以及怀胎数目诊断进行了研究。结果显示:在波尔山羊妊娠早期,即妊娠40d之前,主要以直肠检查为主,腹壁检查为辅;妊娠40d以后腹壁检查时胎体清晰可见,主要以腹壁检查为主,妊娠诊断的准确率为100%,双胎诊断的准确率为100%,单胎诊断的准确率为81.8%。

摘  要：
In order to improve the productive efficiency of Boer goat,the audio-visual monitoring was carried out in the early pregnancy of Boer goat through B-type ultrasonic diagnostic techniques.And the diagnosis of early pregnancy and the number of pregnancy was studied.The results showed that the Boer goat in early pregnancy(during the first 40 d of gestation) should be diagnosed mainly by rectal palpation and secondarily by abdominal examination.After 40 d of gestation,the fetus was clearly visible as shown by abdominal examination,and abdominal examination was the main diagnostic method.The accuracy rate of pregnancy diagnosis,twin diagnosis,and single-fetus diagnosis was 100 %,100 % and 81.8 %,respectively.
