温控湿法消解-火焰原子吸收光谱测定沼液中矿质元素

摘  要:
以畜牧养殖粪污经厌氧发酵的剩余沼液为样品,采用温控HNO3-H2O2湿法消解-火焰原子吸收光谱分析方法同时测定了沼液中的K、Mg、Na、Fe、Ca、Mn、Cu、Zn等8种矿质元素含量。结果表明,各矿质元素定量标准曲线的相关系数r>0.999 3,检出限为0.90~67.0 ng/L,相对标准偏差为0.79%~2.51%,加标回收率为95%~103%。沼液中8种矿质元素的含量由高到低依次为K、Na、Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、Zn、Cu。

摘  要:
Temperature-controlled HNO3-H2O2 wet digestion and flame atomic absorption spectrometry were employed for determination of mineral elements in the fermented liquid residue of livestock dung.The mineral elements,including K,Mg,Na,Fe,Ca,Mn,Cu and Zn in fermented liquid were analyzed.The results showed that the correlation coefficient(r) of each mineral element’s quantitative standard curve was above 0.999 3,the quantitation limit was 0.90~67.0 ng / L,the relative standard deviation was 0.79%~2.51%,and the standard addition recovery rate was 95%~103%.It was found that the average content of the 8 mineral elements in fermented liquid was in a descending order of K,Na,Ca,Mg,Fe,Mn,Zn and Cu.
