冬虫夏草雄激素样作用的研究

摘  要:
虫草[Cordyceps Sinensis(Berk.)Sacc.]是麦角菌科真菌寄生在昆虫幼虫体内所形成的子座及菌核。中医主治虚劳咳嗽痰血、气喘、腰痛、阳痿、遗精等症,国外对后两种病症广为应用。本文就是研究虫草是否有性激素样作用。试验分两部分:(一)雌、雄小白鼠各50只,分别切除卵巢和睾丸。雌小白鼠注射虫草浸剂和煎剂,与注射己烯雌酚对照鼠相比,表明虫草不具有雌激素样作用。雄小白鼠注射虫草浸剂和煎剂,附性腺净重分别为34.65和25.81毫克,均大于注射生理盐水对照鼠的附性腺净重(19.49毫克)(P

Chinese caterpillar fungus (Cordyceps sinensis) is a Compound substance consisting of stroma of a kind of claviceps fungus and mummified insect larva (e. g. Hepialus armoricanus Oberthiir etc.), upon which the fungus was parasitic and finally formed a sclerotium. Its medicinal properties are used for treatment of asthenic diseases, chronic cough, hemoptysis, asthma, lumbago, impotence and seminal emissions etc., especially the last two used more extensively in recent years. The present paper was concerned with whether the fungus had sex hormonelike effects.The results were as follows.1. Fifty spayed and castrated mice were each given subcutaneously with alcoholic infusion and watery decoction of caterpillar fungi(lg.in 2ml), once a day for 10 days. It was shown that the infusion and decoction hadn't an estrogenlike effect on these spayed mice,but had an obvious androgen-like effect on those castrated. The net weights of accessory sex glands of castrated mice after treat infusion and decoction were 34.65 and 25.81 mg respectively, heavier than the controls, 19.49 mg(P<0.05)2. Twenty castrated and twenty uncastrated rats were used and allotted to 4 groups in order to determine on the mode of action of androgen-like effect produced by the fungi. Of these, ten castrated and ten uncastrated rats(groups I and Ⅲ)were each treated subcutaneously with alcoholic infusion. The remaining two groups used as controls to them, didn′t treat In both castrated groups,the net weight of accessory sex gland of treated group was heavier than the untreated control (P<0.05), but their serum levels of testosterone measured by RIA were not different.The results were shown that the androgen-like effect of caterpillar fungi was not associated with testosterone, but was probably resulted from their containing ergosterol analogues.
