红豆越橘功能性成分的研究进展

摘  要:
红豆越橘是一种营养价值很高的天然野生浆果,其含有大量氮基酸、有机酸、各种矿物元素、挥发性成分、维生素、糖类等营养成分,氨基酸含量也相当丰富,已检出24种,而且比例适当。从红豆越橘中可提取出3-半乳糖-矢车菊色素等非常好的天然食用色素。在越橘的果实和茎叶中含有酚类、单宁、原花青素、黄酮、花色苷等多种活性成分,具有抗氧化、抗菌、防微波、防辐射等多种功效。越橘果及叶均可入药,具有抗衰老、改善视力、抗溃疡、抗炎、抗癌、利水、止痢等多种功效。

摘  要:
Vaccinium vitis-idaea is a high nutritional value of natural wild berries. Vaccinium vitis-idaea contains a lot of nutrients amino acids,organic acids,various minerals,volatile components,vitamins,carbohydrates and so on. Amino acid content is also very rich,has been detected in 24 species and an appropriate proportion. It can be extracted out three- galactose- cornflower pigment as a very good natural food coloring. It also contains phenols,tannins,proanthocyanidins,flavonoids,anthocyanins and other active ingredients. In bilberry fruit,leaves and stems,have antioxidant,antibacterial,anti-microwave radiation and other effects. Bilberry fruit and leaves can be used as medicine and it have the effects of anti-aging,improve vision,anti-ulcer,anti-inflammatory,anti-cancer,diuresis,dysentery and so on.
