吉林省稻瘟病病菌RAPD分析

摘  要:
采用RAPD方法,对40个来自于吉林省代表性稻瘟病病菌的单孢培养物进行生物学特性指纹分析,并与传统生理小种鉴定结果相比较。在筛选的26个引物中,每个引物对代表菌株分别扩增2~12条带。经过0~1聚类分析,在0 6遗传相似水平下,将不同地域和不同生理小种的菌株均划分为8个遗传谱系。病菌通过RAPD方法聚类谱系,未能与其所属生理小种结果形成对应关系,但与对鉴别寄主中的个别品种致病的菌株之间存在一定联系。不同地域的代表菌株经RAPD方法分析结果显示,不同地域的菌株可以组成同一谱系,同一地域内的菌株在系谱图中近缘性更为紧密。

摘  要:
40 strains of Magnaporthe grisea, which were separated from representative areas or belonged to different races, were analyzed with RAPD (random amplified polymorphism DNA) method. The results were compared with the results with the usual method of identifying physiological races. During the test, 26 probes were selected, and every one showed significantly different lines, from 2 to 12. According to 0~1 statistic analyses, at the (0.6) genetic distances, all strains composed with different races or strains from different areas could be divided into 8 family trees. The results showed that the strains that belonged to one same family line most belonged to different physiological races. And between them, there did not exist the one-to-one relations. But strains, which infected the same host, were vicinity in neighbor family line. The analyzed results of the strains coming from different areas by RAPD showed that the same family line was composed by strains coming from different areas. And the relation of strains coming from the same area was closer in linetrees.
