高效拮抗稻瘟病菌菌株RS39的筛选与鉴定

摘  要:
从湖南桃江石牛镇贺家塘村稻田感稻瘟病品种T优535的病稻丛中,选取健康的稻株和根际土样,用稀释分离法分离得到菌株464株.采用平板对峙法,筛出1株来自根际土壤的RS39菌株,该菌株能够高效地抑制稻瘟病菌生长,其菌丝生长抑制率达89.62%.经形态观察、生理生化及16S r DNA序列分析,表明RS39菌株为枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis).根据菌株RS39对10种植物病原菌的抑菌谱测定数据显示,该菌株对8种真菌病原物有抑菌作用(42.42%~75.26%),对2种细菌病原物无抑菌效果.

摘  要:
To explore and utilize bio-control resources for controlling rice blast, 464 strains were isolated from healthy rice plants and rhizosphere soil located in paddy field of susceptible cultivar T You 535 at Hejiatang Village, Shiniu Town,Taojiang Country in Hunan by method of plate dilution. Strain RS39 with the strongest antagonistic activity against the blast fungus among above-mentioned 464 strains was obtained, which showed inhibition activity on mycelium growth of Magnaporthe oryzae(89.62%). On basis of morphological analysis, physiological and biochemical characteristics and 16 S r DNA phylogeny, the strain RS39 was identified as Bacillus subtilis. Furthermore, strain RS39 had diverse inhibitory effects on 8 fungal pathogens(vary from 42.42% to 75.26%), but had no effects on 2 kinds of bacterial pathogens,according to antimicrobial spectrum of RS39 against 10 kinds of plant pathogen(8 fungi & 2 bacteria), which showed that the strain had a broad antimicrobial spectrum against fungal pathogens.
